The Rules Of NukeRune

To make a better community, we need Rules, i made these rules self, decided how long time we should jail/mute/ban.

All staff members have read these rules.

1. Flaming over yell - players with access to the yell channel may not use their command to flame. Flaming is the intense use of insults and foul language directed at a player or players.
(Warning -> 24 hour mute. If continued, stripped of ability to yell)

2. Excessive flaming/trolling/bullying - The use of any derogatory, belittling, disdainful, or malicious comments directed at another player.
(Warning -> 24 hour mute -> IP Mute)

3. Disrespecting staff - Any disrespectful, contemptuous, impertinent comment, or sexist comments directed at a staff member.
(No warning -> 48 hour mute)
 
4. Spamming - Spamming is frowned upon, and will not be tolerated. Note, no warning is required for advertising spam.
(Warning -> 24 hour mute)

5. Real world trading - You may only trade NukeRune related items/currency/services for other NukeRune items/currency/services.
(No warning required -> Account Reset & 7 day IP Ban)

6. X-logging - Using any method other than the "Exit to Lobby" or "Log out" feature to log out during a fight, or using a force tele/ticket to teleport away from a fight.
(No warning -> 2 day ban)

7. Multi-logging - Logging in on two accounts at the same to gain an advantage.
(No warning -> 2 day Ban)

8. Scamming/attempting to scam - Attempting to scam someone deliberately or using some form of deceit. This includes price manipulation.
Not to be mistaken with the buyer and seller of an item agreeing on a price either high/low, the choice is their own and is not scamming unless they did what was explained above.
(No warning -> 2 day ban)

9. Staff luring - Luring a staff member by asking them to teleport to you is against the rules. However, luring them the same way you would lure a regular player is okay.
(No warning ->; 4 day ban)

10. Bug abuse - Abusing a bug so that you have a advantage over another player.
(No warning -> Account Reset & 7 day IP Ban)

11. Botting/cheating/macroing - Using an external program or abusing an exploit to gain an unfair advantage. This includes account giveaways.
(No warning -> Account Reset & 14 day Ban)

12. Account Sharing - Sharing accounts with another player is strictly prohibited. One owner per account.
(No warning -> permanent ban)

13. PkP farming - Repeatedly killing another player to gain PK Tokens unfairly.
(No warning -> permanent ban)

14. Discrimination - Discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, race, religious views, sexuality, etc. This includes using derogatory words being used as insults.
(Warning -> permanent mute)

15. Staff impersonation - Impersonating a staff member. Ex. "I'm a moderator. Give me your items, or I will ban you."
(No warning -> permanent mute)

16. DDoSing - Threatening to DDoS someone or DDoSing someone is a severe action and the punishment will be severe. It is illegal and we do not allow it.
(No warning -> permanent ipban)

17. Duping or possession of duped items - Duping is when you use a exploited bug to duplicate or unfairly gain an item.
(No warning -> permanent ban)

18. Ban evasion - Creating a new account to avoid a ban on another account. Appeal your ban with a post on the forums.
(No warning -> IP ban)

19. Threatening the well-being of the server or its members - Any comments made that threaten the well-being of the server. This also includes attempting to hack the server or its members.
(No warning -> IP ban)

20. Advertising - Advertising other sites ; Ex. servers, ect.
(No warning -> permanent ipban)

21. ::Ticket abuse - Do not abuse the ::ticket feature.
(Punishment depends on the severity and frequency of the abuse)
 
22. Pornographic content - Do not post any links, images, or videos that contain or link to pornographic content, only the owners are allowed to ::**** if player needs to calm down.
(No warning -> 48 hour mute)
 
23. Staking Scamming - Changing the rules of the stake without discretion of the other player is a scam, also using a staff of light in the stake is a scam.
(No warning -> 48 hour ban)
 
24. Offensive/impermissible usernames - Someone using a impermissible name doesn't matter in what language it is, will be reported and banned.
(No warning -> Permanent ban)

25. No safe spotting monsters, to make the game harder.
(Warning -> Rollback)

26. Auto-clicking to gain experince / money is not allowed.
(No warning -> Jail -> Rollback)

27. Talking about other RSPS is not allowed.
(Warning -> Ban)

28. Asking about "how do i get staff" / "give me staff" will lower your chances of successing.
(Warning -> Mute)

29. Making fire / anything at all who makes the home look bad is not allowed, bonefire is allowed thought.
(Warning -> Jail)

Staff members have to follow the same rules as the normal players do.
But here is some extra's for you guys to notice.

1. No flower game.
(No warning -> Demote)

2. Administrators are not allowed to give out money & items for free.
(No warning -> Demote) - They can't trade, but if they find out a way to glitch their money to another account.

4. No flaming to Players & higher promoted.
(Warning -> Demote & 24 hour mute)

5. Never complain about the update's.
(Warning -> Demote)
